Akolade Jimoh is a consummate Management Consultant and a seasoned international development expert. He has track record of skills and competence in health financing, health system strengthening, institutional and organizational capacity building, Monitoring, evaluation, and data analytics. Using a people centric approach, he has successfully implemented projects on Maternal, Neonatal and child health, infectious diseases, governance, conflict management and disease surveillance both in emergency and non-emergency areas.
Akolade has worked with stakeholders at Federal and state ministries of health as trusted technical lead to support on the use of advanced data analytics for action, capacity strengthening, strategic planning, research, and development. He has also provided technical support to government and partners in developing the culture of, and capacity for transforming and modelling data for strategic decision making at all levels. Overtime, Akolade has been a lead consultant on Federal Ministry of Health (FMoH) Budget process, supporting FMoH department, agencies, and parastatals towards optimizing health outcome of Nigeria through its budget process. Akolade has also led expansion efforts in demand generation, social and behavioral change communication using a human-centered design approach.
