Our Projects
Nigeria Healthcare Financing Technical Assistance Program
SIfID leads the Nigeria Healthcare Financing Technical Assistance Program, aimed at strengthening healthcare financing mechanisms, improving access to quality healthcare services, and promoting universal health coverage across Nigeria.
BMGF Supply Chain Support
Through our partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), SIfID provides supply chain support to enhance the delivery of essential health commodities, including vaccines, medicines, and medical supplies.
Preventing Intimate Partner Violence and Sexual Assault in Nigeria (PISAN)
SIfID collaborates with Grand Challenge Canada to implement the PISAN project, which focuses on preventing intimate partner violence and sexual assault through community-based interventions and awareness campaigns.
Routine Immunization
SIfID supports routine immunization efforts in Nigeria, working to increase vaccine coverage, reduce vaccine-preventable diseases, and strengthen immunization systems at the community and healthcare facility levels.
Expanded Social Listening Project
In partnership with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (USCDC), SIfID implements the Expanded Social Listening Project, leveraging data and insights to enhance public health communication and response strategies.
Improving Community Awareness on COVID-19 Vaccination
SIfID plays a crucial role in raising awareness and promoting acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination among communities in Nigeria, contributing to national efforts to combat the pandemic.
