Legal
Required competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years post call
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a corporate, litigation, or commercial lawyer
- Should be teachable, with enthusiasm for corporate law practice
- Should possess tangible knowledge/skill in the use of AI tools
- A good team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting up with deadlines
- The applicant must have graduated with a first-class or second-class (upper) degree from a recognized university to be eligible.
- An applicant with a second-class (lower) or third-class degree must have a master's degree.
Corporate Communication
Required competencies:
- Graphics design
- Video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Audition, Audacity, ChatGPT, and other related software
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design
- Social media management
- Experience in designing newsletters, infographics, and factsheets
- Basic understanding of copywriting, keywords, and SEO
- Team player

Finance

Required competencies:
- Experience providing IT support
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic network engineering skills, mathematical skills, logical skills, and analytical skills

Monitoring and Evaluation
Required competencies:
- Have a data analytics skill and efficiency in the usage of Excel and PowerPoint
- Have a basic knowledge of M&E
- Knowledge of quantitative analysis and numeracy skills
