Management consulting, although not a new professional space, seems grey to many people, especially young professionals in Nigeria seeking valuable career paths. Breaking into management consulting can be a challenging process. It requires an understanding of the industry, the companies you are applying to, and your own skillset.
In the same vein, Sydani, despite being one of the most successful management consulting firms, still faces the issue of people seeking career opportunities but having little or no knowledge of what management consulting entails.
