Our Talent Development Programs
Sydani Fellowship Program (SFP)
The Sydani Fellowship Program (SFP) is the flagship training initiative of Sydani, serving as the foundation upon which other training programs have been developed. Rooted in our mission to build a team of exceptional, high-performing individuals who set new standards of excellence across various sectors, SFP reflects Sydani's commitment to human capital development. This initiative provides young graduates with experiential learning opportunities to build both technical and soft skills, enhancing their job market readiness.
Sydani Postdoctoral Research Program
The SPDRP is a 6-month training program hosted by SIRI which aims to bridge the ever-widening gap between academia and industry practice. It is tailored to postgraduate degree holders and provides a learning platform for these individuals to transition seamlessly from the classroom to the corporate landscape. The goal is to provide postgraduate holders with the opportunity to apply their learning. The specific objectives are to:
- Establish an industry-academia partnership to facilitate knowledge transfer and boost innovation
- Provide postdoctoral holders with an opportunity to apply their learning to solving real-life problems
Subject-Matter Specific Training
These training programs are designed to equip participants with in-demand skills to enhance employability and upskill those already in the workforce. They include Kodex3, which focuses on cutting-edge tech skills such as UI/UX design and product management, and the SIRI Data Analysis Training, which develops quantitative and qualitative analytical expertise.
Undergraduate Training
This initiative envisions offering both accredited and non-accredited courses to undergraduates, equipping them with foundational skills to enhance academic and professional growth.
Boutique Training for Organizations
Designed to deliver customized training solutions for organizations, this initiative aims to address specific workforce development needs, enhancing organizational performance and productivity.
e-Learning (Conceptualization Phase)
This initiative aims to expand training opportunities by leveraging technology for electronic delivery instead of in-person sessions, enhancing reach and impact while positioning Sydani as an innovative, forward-thinking organization.
