Current Openings

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for exceptional graduates from diverse disciplines and backgrounds to kick off their careers in various disciplines or develop transferable skills for any work environment.
Accepting applications within the following business divisions:

Eligibility:
  • Must have graduated from a recognized university with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division degree.
  • Applicants with a Second Class Lower Division or Third Class degree must possess a Master’s degree as at the time of application.
  • Must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree within the last four (4) years (2022–present). Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or must not be undergoing NYSC during the five (5) months duration of the program.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

    Selection Process

    Application

    Submit your application through our online portal by providing your updated CV and other required documents. Ensure all information is accurate and complete to move to the next stage

    CBT Assessment

    Shortlisted candidates will complete a computer-based test (CBT) designed to evaluate analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and critical reasoning
    step 3

    1st and 2nd Level Interviews

    3
    Successful candidates from the CBT stage will proceed to two rounds of interviews. These interviews assess your technical knowledge, consulting readiness, and alignment with Sydani’s values and culture.

    Candidates who excel through all stages will receive an official fellowship offer, including program details, expectations, and next steps to kickstart their journey with Sydani

    The program typically runs for 4 to 5 months, depending on project timelines.
    2. Is the fellowship paid?
    Yes. Fellows receive a monthly stipend to support their participation throughout the program

    Fellows are placed on live consulting projects based on their skills and interests. They contribute to problem-solving, data analysis, strategy design, and implementation support across health and development sectors.
