Sydani supported the deployment of advanced electronic data management tools to strengthen AEFI reporting systems at all levels. The Digital Health Information System (DHIS-2) and the Med Safety app were key platforms used to optimize data collection, reporting, and management of AEFI cases.

Sydani Group is working with the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA) through its Neglected Tropical Diseases Technical Working Group (NTD TWG) to promote broad-scale sensitization in a number of hard-to-reach and under-served communities to increase acceptance for the COVID-19 vaccine.

In order to achieve alignment with important national and sub-national players in the public and private sectors, the consortium engaged Sydani as the Nigerian Convening Partner (NCP) to promote engagement with the government for buy-in, ownership, and leadership to drive the process.

In order to strengthen routine immunization and the primary health care (PHC) system, Gavi engaged Sydani to provide technical support to the FGoN at the national and state levels in the development of strategies, interventions, proposals, and implementation plans, while also serving as a liaison between Gavi and NPHCDA.

Sydani Group developed and implemented the Preventing Initiate Partner Violence and Sexual Assault in Nigeria (PISAN) project with grant funding from Grand Challenge Canada to enhance the response to intimate partner violence (IPV) and sexual assault (SA) for women in IDP camps in the Federal Capital Territory.

Momentum Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) provided funding to Sydani Group to develop an application called the Integration Atlas, which will use targeted and flexible recommendations to integrate services at the primary health care level.

Nigeria continues to struggle with avoidable maternal, neonatal, and child fatalities despite efforts to improve maternity and child health (MCH) indices. Numerous studies have connected these poor indices to a lack of access to competent healthcare workers' excellent care.

In order to provide its population with high-quality healthcare, Niger State is committed to improving its health system and filling the management of Primary Health Care's capacity deficiencies.

R4D/Sydani in partnership with senior management and policymakers from the government agencies has identified crucial needs where the consortium can support the FMOH budget Process, NPHCDA, and NHIS.

The PHC HRH State-specific Strategic Plan Development is a collaboration between the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) Catalytic Grant to support these 10 states to appropriately plan and address these gaps.
