Primary Health Care (PHC) Human Resource for Health (HRH) State-specific Strategic Plan Development
The Primary Health Care (PHC) Human Resource for Health (HRH) profiled 10 states and identified certain gaps.
The PHC HRH State-specific Strategic Plan Development is a collaboration between the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) Catalytic Grant to support these 10 states to appropriately plan and address these gaps.
In order to accomplish this, Sydani Group was engaged to provide technical assistance for the creation of a 10-year state-specific PHC HRH Strategic Plan in each state.
