Improving Maternal Outcomes Nationwide

Profiled and deployed over 2,900 skilled birth attendants to improve maternal outcomes nationwide.

Advocacy and Behavior Change Communication

Hosted the Rotary Health Communities Challenge (RHCC) training to enhance advocacy and behavior change communication across 36 states.

Strengthen Emergency Preparedness and Response Planning.

Convened a Multi-Hazard Risk Assessment Workshop with NCDC to strengthen emergency preparedness and response planning.

Youth Professional Development

Running the Sydani Fellowship Program, a 5-month initiative that has trained 200+ young professionals since 2020 in development, M&E, and project management
