In 2024, we developed our DEI Policy, which outlines our comprehensive plans to achieve remarkable results with DEI. This involves embedding equitable practices within our processes and systems, promoting diversity in our workforce, and creating an inclusive culture that fosters growth and supports all employees effectively.
Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, our DEI Commitment statement emphasizes our resolve to ensure that all individuals, regardless of gender, identity, or background, are treated fairly and equitably in all aspects of our work.

Our People
As an organization committed to impacting the communities that we serve, fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is at the top of our priority list. We understand that our commitment to DEI starts from within – with a major spotlight on the talents that we recruit and our efforts to retain them.
To drive this effort, we are implementing a comprehensive DEI policy that promotes equal opportunities, challenges biases, and celebrates individuality. Our DEI efforts will be embedded into every aspect of our organization, from hiring and talent development to stakeholder & client engagement.
We have established a dedicated DEI committee comprising employees from diverse backgrounds and levels to implement this policy. This council will oversee the implementation of DEI initiatives, provide training and resources, and monitor progress; all geared towards ensuring that every employee feels heard, valued, and empowered to contribute to our inclusive culture. By working together, we aim to create a workplace where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
