The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (US-CDC) through Sydani has prioritized four states (Ekiti, Niger, Osun, and Benue) to receive exceptional wide-ranging support for COVID-19 vaccine ramp-up in accordance with the state’s plan and the national optimal SCALES strategy.
This is being achieved through two main objectives:
- Expanding the number of eligible populations that can receive the COVID-19 vaccine
- Enhancing COVID-19 immunization awareness in the states through innovative demand creation initiatives.
