Context

Action
Sydani spearheaded the development of the Nigeria Strategy for Immunization and PHC System Strengthening (NSIPSS). The process included extensive stakeholder engagement, situation analysis, and the formulation of strategic objectives and action plans. Key components of the strategy included improving service delivery, enhancing health infrastructure, ensuring sustainable funding, and strengthening governance and accountability mechanisms.
