Sydani Group received the 2026 Nigeria Innovation Award for Application of Technology to Improve Children’s Healthcare
At the 11th Nigeria Innovation Summit, Sydani Group received the 2026 Nigeria Innovation Award for Application of Technology to Improve Children’s Healthcare.
Associate Principal Akolade Jimoh, PMP, received this recognition, highlighting our work using technology to identify children missed by immunisation programmes, understand where the gaps exist, and equip health teams with the data they need to respond.
Through our Micro Coverage Tracker (MCTT), we have supported the identification of more than 90,000 zero-dose children across Niger and Adamawa States, using household-level data to inform planning, outreach, and service delivery.
For us, meaningful innovation looks like starting with a real problem, understanding where it exists, and building solutions that help the people responsible for solving it do their work better. We are proud of the team behind this work and grateful for the recognition. More importantly, we remain committed to the work ahead, ensuring more children reach the vaccines and healthcare they need.
Congratulations to everyone who made this work possible.
