Featured Projects

These projects reflect our dedication to driving sustainable development and social progress, leveraging strategic partnerships and innovative approaches to create lasting impact across Africa and beyond.

Routine Immunization Intensification
Supported by USAID-IHP, this project vaccinated over 460,000 children in five Nigerian states (Bauchi, Ebonyi, FCT, Kebbi, Sokoto) within six months. By strengthening health systems and community engagement, we improved immunization coverage and reduced child mortality rates, demonstrating our capacity to deliver rapid, scalable health interventions.
Zero-Dose Reduction Strategy
Funded by BMGF, we developed a national strategy to address zero-dose children, engaging 100 local government areas (LGAs) across Nigeria. This initiative increased immunization coverage from 33% to 57% by enhancing outreach, training healthcare workers, and integrating data systems, showcasing our expertise in health equity and system strengthening.
STRIPE Project
In collaboration with the US-CDC, this project strengthened routine immunization and primary healthcare (PHC) services in Ekiti State, Nigeria. Covering all WHO building blocks—service delivery, health workforce, information systems, medical products, financing, and leadership—we integrated services, generated demand, and improved coverage, impacting over 1.2 million people.
HRH Assessments and Initiatives
We conducted a national PHC Human Resources for Health (HRH) profiling across Nigeria, identifying gaps and building capacity in states like Kaduna and Kano. Our community-based health research and training programs empowered over 2,000 healthcare workers, enhancing service delivery and local health outcomes.
Integration of RI with COVID-19 Services
Leveraging USAID-IHP funding, we deployed temporary teams at PHC levels to integrate routine immunization with COVID-19 vaccination efforts. This initiative vaccinated over 250,000 children and strengthened health infrastructure, highlighting our ability to adapt to dual public health crises.
Nigeria Strategy for Immunization and PHC System Strengthening (NSIPSS)
We supported the development and implementation of this national strategy, working with the Nigerian government and partners like WHO and UNICEF. By aligning policies, training staff, and improving supply chains, we enhanced immunization rates and PHC resilience across multiple regions.
Agricultural Resilience Program
In partnership with local farmers and the World Bank, this project promoted sustainable farming practices in rural Kenya and Nigeria. By introducing climate-smart agriculture techniques and providing training to over 5,000 farmers, we increased crop yields by 30% and bolstered food security in vulnerable communities.
Education Innovation Initiative
Funded by GAVI and local governments, we implemented innovative learning programs in 50 schools across Abuja and Nairobi. This included digital learning tools and teacher training, benefiting over 15,000 students and improving literacy rates by 25% in targeted areas.
Climate Adaptation Project
Collaborating with UNDP, we launched a climate resilience program in coastal Nigeria, protecting over 10,000 households from flooding through mangrove restoration and early warning systems. This initiative reduced economic losses by 40% and empowered local communities with adaptive skills.
