    Sydani Postdoctoral Research Program


    The SPDRP is a 6-month training program hosted by SIRI which aims to bridge the ever-widening gap between academia and industry practice. It is tailored to postgraduate degree holders and provides a learning platform for these individuals to transition seamlessly from the classroom to the corporate landscape. The goal is to provide postgraduate holders with the opportunity to apply their learning. The specific objectives are to; Establish an industry-academia partnership to facilitate knowledge transfer and boost innovation; Provide postdoctoral holders with an opportunity to apply their learning to solving real-life problems.
