Cultural Day at Sydani Group (2026)

Every organisation has a culture. The question is whether it shows up in daily practice or only on the wall.

From 26 to 30 October, we set aside time to ask that question honestly during our Culture Week 2026.

Revisiting what we stand for, we started with our culture and our five core values:
đź’ˇ Innovation: how we push boundaries to deliver value
⚡ Impact: how we turn insights into action
⚖️ Integrity: how we maintain professional standards, without compromise
🏆 Quality: how we take pride in excellence
♻️ Sustainability: how we build for the long term

And we tested them through our Culture Court, which brought fictional workplace scenarios to life with arguments, jury deliberations and judges’ verdicts. It was a lively way to examine how our values guide real decisions.

Then came Cultural Day, themed “The Nigeria We Carry”, where we celebrated who we are. Six zone teams shared the traditions, memories and stories they carry with them through food, fashion, music, dance and performance. Congratulations to The Ile-Ife Sovereigns (Southwest), our Crown of Nations champions, and to The Sahel Sultans (Northwest), who won the Silver Crown.

Yes! This matters a lot to us and to our work because how we treat one another, give feedback, and hold to our standards shows up in what we deliver to clients. Taking time to know and celebrate the people behind the work makes us better partners.

To everyone who took part with us this year: thank you. We’re proud of this community, and we’re already looking forward to our End-of-Year Event. 🎄
