Sydani Group at Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Health Summit 2026

From 19 to 20 October, Sydani Group joined industry leaders, policymakers, innovators, and development partners at the Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Health Summit 2026 in Abuja to discuss the future of artificial intelligence and its potential to transform healthcare delivery across Africa.
Representing Sydani Group, our Associate Principal and Head of Strategy, Akolade Jimoh, PMP , joined a panel discussion on “From Logistics to Health Systems Strengthening to Algorithm: Building the Foundations for AI in Health.”
The conversation highlighted a key reality: the promise of AI in healthcare goes beyond sophisticated algorithms. It depends on the strength of the systems, infrastructure, data, and institutions that underpin its development and deployment.
Through the panel and breakout discussions, we explored how investments in health systems, digital infrastructure, and effective implementation can create the foundations for responsible, scalable, and context-relevant AI solutions.
One key takeaway stood out: the future of AI in African healthcare will not be defined by technology alone, but by how effectively we build the systems, partnerships, and trust needed to make it work for people.
At Sydani, we remain committed to advancing conversations and solutions at the intersection of technology, innovation, and health systems strengthening.
